ICE arrests 19 in Massachusetts

ICE lodges detainers on individuals who have been arrested on criminal charges and who ICE has probable cause to believe are removable aliens. The detainer asks the other law enforcement agency to notify ICE in advance of release and to maintain custody of the alien for a brief period of time so that ICE can take custody of that person in a safe and secure setting upon release from that agency’s custody.

Officers arrested 19 individuals in several counties throughout Massachusetts during a four-day enforcement action, targeting criminal aliens who have been convicted or charged with fentanyl, heroin, and other drug-related trafficking crimes. Many of these criminal aliens were released from local law enforcement custody into Massachusetts communities with no notification to ICE.

Those arrested during the enforcement action hail from seven different countries – Bahamas (1), Brazil (4), Cape Verde (4), Dominican Republic (6), France (1), Guatemala (1), Haiti (2).

Asylum rule changed for the better

Congressional Democrats refuse to close loopholes in our political asylum system that has triggered a crisis at our southern border, the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security issued a joint Interim Final Rule (IFR) baring those who enter, or attempt to enter, the United States illegally seeking political asylum but went though a safe third country and did not apply for asylum. This interim rule, authorized by Congress in section 208(b)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, adds a new bar for asylum seekers and includes three limited exceptions:
  • Courtesy of Border Patrol
an alien who can show that he/she applied in a safe third country for asylum for protection from persecution and can show a final judgment of being denied by that country
  • an alien who can clearly show that he/she satisfies the definition of “victim of a severe form of trafficking in persons” provided in 8 C.F.R. § 214.11; or,
  • an alien who has made their way through only a country or countries that were not parties to the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, the 1967 Protocol, or the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

Records have shown that only 11 percent of asylum seekers get their claims granted, the other 89 percent just remain in the U.S. illegally, figuring there is little chance of removal. As of now the back-log in our courts shows 900,000 pending asylum cases, and since we have a limited time to hold them, most are on our streets now free to do what they want, this is unfair for those who are trying to get here the legal way and are enduring persecution in their country.

The Departments of Justice and Homeland Security are lawfully exercising authority provided by Congress with this badly needed rule change. No one will be denied if they truly need asylum. This abuse of our asylum system not only hurts us economically but undermines many of the humanitarian purposes of asylum.

Rescues by United States Border Patrol

The United States Border Patrol continue to monitor areas in an attempt to preserve human life while maintaining our national security.

On June 24, Border Patrol agents observed a father and small child attempting to cross the Rio Grande River near the  Eagle Pass Port of Entry. As they were wading across the water, agents saw the child, holding the hand of her father, struggling to stay afloat. The fast-flowing water submerged the child several times. Agents moved in quickly with their patrol boat and pulled the father and child aboard their vessel.

An EMT agent was on scene to evaluate both the father and child, both Honduran nationals. The father declined medical attention. The two-year-old child was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation as a precaution. After being released from the hospital, both father and child were processed per CBP guidelines.

Two illegal aliens are alive today thanks to the quick action of two U.S. Army soldiers and the U.S. Border Patrol. The pair were rescued from canal waters on the U.S. border in El Paso on June 20. One soldier jumped into the water to rescue the woman and her child, while the other used his shirt as a makeshift lifeline until U.S. Border Patrol agents arrived and threw them a rescue line. The soldiers and Border Patrol agents safely rescued the pair and no injuries were reported.

Just after midnight June 20, U.S. Border Patrol agents in the El Paso Sector were contacted by the Mexican Consulate regarding a lost group of illegal aliens. The consulate informed agents that a group of illegal aliens had to contact their office to seek rescue because they were in distress with no food or water. The Mexican Consulate was able to provide agents with coordinates of the general location where they believed the aliens were. Border Patrol agents from the Deming Border Patrol Station were dispatched to the area. After an exhaustive and strenuous search, agents found the group in the middle of the Cedar Mountains, southwest of Deming. This particular area is very mountainous and still very far from any major roads or cities.

The group, made up of five adult Mexican nationals, was provided a field medical screening, and cleared for transport to the Deming Border Patrol Station. Upon arrival at the station, the group was also given a more thorough medical examination by emergency medical personnel. All five subjects were found to be healthy and did not require any additional medical attention.

U.S. Border Patrol agents investigate stash houses

On Thursday U.S. Border Patrol agents working the Rio Grande Valley Sector in Texas collaborate with the Starr County High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force to identified a stash house operating in Roma, Texas. Once inside the house they found eight illegal aliens from the countries of Mexico and Guatemala. All individuals were processed accordingly.

This Friday was very busy for deputies from the Webb County Sheriff's Office as they executed an arrest warrant at a known stash house on Garfield Street in Laredo, Texas. As they searched the house they encountered eight male individuals as U.S. Border Patrol agents arrived on the scene. The agents conducted immigration inspections on the individuals, who were determined to be illegally in the United States from the country of Guatemala. The stash house caretaker, a Mexican national, was determined to be illegally in the United States and was arrested. All individuals were processed accordingly.

Meanwhile in down in Progreso, Texas, U.S. Border Patrol agents working the Weslaco station witnessed a man trying to smuggle several bundles of narcotics that were loaded onto his vehicle near the bank of the Rio Grande. He then drove north to exploit one of the gaps in the border wall. The driver, a 23-year-old United States citizen, was arrested by the agents when they did a vehicle stop. The four bundles of marijuana, estimated at over 300 pounds, along with the vehicle were seized.

New Jersey county ignore ICE detainer request

Illegal criminal aliens who were previously incarcerated at the Middlesex County Jail in New Jersey were swept up off the streets in a five day operation by Newark FieldOffice ICE/ERO agents. The operation was necessary because Middlesex County has declared claim as a 'sanctuary county' and releases criminal aliens without honoring the request of an ICE detainer or notifying ICE of their release. Their actions endangered the community as the 16 criminal illegal aliens allowed back on the streets not only had prior criminal convictions but many of them still have pending criminal charges.

The 16 criminal illegal aliens that re-arrested as part of the operation were nationals of Brazil, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Ivory Coast, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, and Turkey. And their crimes included: aggravated criminal sexual contact, aggravated assault, DUI, hindering apprehension, endangering, abuse and neglect of a child, battery, theft, burglary, possession of a weapon, forgery, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, and illegal entry.

Illegal amnesty can not stand

Seeing that there is over 12 dozen ways of coming into our country illegally, there is hardly no excuse to come here illegally. Americans need to start yelling louder and use their phones to call their government officials. Obama and his planned executive amnesty would take away our U.S. sovereignty and make us a country with no borders.  It would also take jobs away from legal citizens, lower our wages while raising our taxes to pay for illegals. To quote Sen. Jeff Sessions, “allowing any president to nullify the law is a threat to the future of our Republic, and the power of the people.”

Kvia.com today reports the family detention center in New Mexico that were set up for the Central American parents and children, when they illegally came over our borders early this year, will close. Illegals will be either released or move to Texas or Pennsylvania …. Clickhere for full story.

Are you ready for your new life

Without a shot being fired, without hardly a whimper, our own government has just taken away American citizenship. 300,000 illegal immigrants; maybe even more, have entered into our country with the blessing of our government. The so-called border problem is now solved, we have open borders! No more need for border agents; the border agents are now being trained for their new job, wiping the nose of all that cross our borders.

Now Obama wants the #taxpayers to dish out billions of dollars to pay for his plan to change the United States. He has no intention to deport anyone – he has ordered that illegals are to be distribute throughout the United States in the shadows. So far everything is going according to plan, our written laws are being used to shield and protect all law breakers.

Since it is a big secret where exactly these #illegals are being put, who knows who is in danger of contracting one of their contagious diseases, how many are gang members – which schools will they be put in, to harass and bully our youth into their gang. MS-13 members are already recruiting this influx of illegal unaccompanied youth ages 10 to 17 to increase their membership, how will your school age child fend them off?

The Democrats and Obama are asking now for billions of dollars for these illegals, as more entry illegally across our open borders they will be upping that to trillions. Where will this money come from, you ask, well from every working #taxpayer. As you living poorer, struggling to get by, worrying about your expenses; those who get from our government will be living better, getting a better education, getting free medical, getting better housing, clothes, vehicles and have all the free time they need to enjoy it – as a legal, hard working, taxpaying citizen - will you?

Illegal immigrants do not have to knock

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, last week sent off a letter to Obama to stop the transport of the illegal children immigrants, like cattle, to southern Arizona.  Her reply from the government was, no way.  If there was any need to prove that our borders are unsecured this is it.  If there is any need to prove our own government is against the American people this is it. So, now that our own government is into human trafficking at the expense of the taxpayers, who's to stop other countries from dumping all of their street kids into our country.

Photos have turned up showing that many are being stored in cages, which has really ticked off the government, so much that now they have sent out a memo that any border agent that uses their own electronic devices to show what's going on – will be fired.  It's only a matter of time before these illegal people will be seen in your neighborhood.  And if you think crime is bad now – just wait.

It has been reported that the illegal immigrants are being shipped to your neighborhoods via U.S. service planes for their fast distribution amongst the populace.  What do you think that thousands of #illegal immigrants off the streets of Central and South America, where they did what they had to do to survive in their streets, are going to bring to the streets in your neighborhood?

As long as people continue to watch what the right hand is doing and ignoring what the left hand is doing, the United States will continue to fall.  For instance, did you know that the ACLU threatened to sue the California sheriffs if the detain criminal illegals immigrants in order for ICE to pick them up – sheriffs are now letting them back on the streets because they do not want to deal with the lawsuits.  How long will it be till you do not feel safe to walk your streets – day or night - ?

Illegals just doing jobs Americans do not want

How many times have we heard that we need illegals here because they are doing jobs Americans don’t want. Yesterday, ICE released a news item that proves how wrong this statement can be and makes you wonder how many people filed a complaint on this company over the years and how many illegals are still here taking jobs.

Gregory J. Oldiges, 55, owner of Williams Brothers Roofing and Siding in Dayton Ohio pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiring to bring illegal aliens to work for his roofing company, and to conspiring to commit wire fraud by sending fraudulent invoices to insurance companies for work by his company.

According to court documents, between 2004 and 2013, Oldiges set-up at least 39 subcontracts with illegal aliens to perform roofing services in Dayton. He and many of his employees knew that many of these illegal aliens used aliases or false names when entering into these subcontracts. His employees, with his knowledge, provide false names along with the documents for them to use and the company accepted them filing fraudulent IRS Forms so they could work. Oldiges also financed the smuggling of illegal workers into the Unites States, defrauded customers and insurance providers on roofing jobs.

Finish Reading here.

For 10 years not only did this man stop Americans from having jobs, he broke the rules of good business; along with committing ID theft, forgery and human smuggling. 24 or 57 months in prison is not nearly enough time for this man.

Illegal immigrants have been granted seven amnesties

As our legislators work on their immigration reform bill that will remove U. S. sovereignty from the hands of its true citizens remember that it will create citizenship for more people like this- www.examiner.com/article/houston-man-receives-prison-time-for-witness-intimidation-and-drug-trafficking

And that number of 11 million illegal immigrants that they keep saying are present in the U. S. today, that’s the same number that they said was here illegally in July 2006.

The amnesty that was created in 1986 also had a plan designed to stop employment of your legal immigrants by requiring employers to check the identity and work eligibility documents of all employees to ensure lawful immigration status – how has that been working out.

In 1986, then Senator Alan Simpson stated  “I firmly believe that the one-time only legalization program is not only a good policy, it is good sense, and it is fully in the best interest of this country.”

Since then illegal immigrants have been granted six more amnesties:

The Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA) Amnesty of 1986 – the “one-time only” blanket amnesty for (supposedly) some 2.8 million illegal aliens.
  • 1. Section 245(i) The Amnesty of 1994 – a temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens. 2. Section 245(i) The Extension Amnesty of 1997 – an extension of the rolling amnesty created in 1994.
  • 3. The Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty of 1997 – an amnesty for nearly one million illegal aliens from Central America.
  • 4. The Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA) of 1998 – an amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti.
  • 5. The Late Amnesty of 2000 – an amnesty for approximately 400,000 illegal aliens who claimed they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty.
  • 6. The LIFE Act Amnesty of 2000 – a reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty to an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens.

Can you call the reform there working on today anything but another amnesty plan?

Words of yesterday are still being used today – why is that?
Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act in 1986. The act made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal immigrants, required employers to attest to their employees' immigration status, and granted amnesty to approximately three million illegal immigrants who entered the United States prior to January 1, 1982, and had lived in the country continuously.  Critics argue that the employer sanctions were without teeth and failed to stem illegal immigration.[218] Upon signing the act at a ceremony held beside the newly refurbished Statue of Liberty, Reagan said, "The legalization provisions in this act will go far to improve the lives of a class of individuals who now must hide in the shadows, without access to many of the benefits of a free and open society.  Very soon many of these men and women will be able to step into the sunlight and, ultimately, if they choose, they may become Americans."[219] Reagan also said,  "The employer sanctions program is the keystone and major element.  It will remove the incentive for illegal immigration by eliminating the job opportunities which draw illegal aliens here."
