New Jersey county ignore ICE detainer request

Illegal criminal aliens who were previously incarcerated at the Middlesex County Jail in New Jersey were swept up off the streets in a five day operation by Newark FieldOffice ICE/ERO agents. The operation was necessary because Middlesex County has declared claim as a 'sanctuary county' and releases criminal aliens without honoring the request of an ICE detainer or notifying ICE of their release. Their actions endangered the community as the 16 criminal illegal aliens allowed back on the streets not only had prior criminal convictions but many of them still have pending criminal charges.

The 16 criminal illegal aliens that re-arrested as part of the operation were nationals of Brazil, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Ivory Coast, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, and Turkey. And their crimes included: aggravated criminal sexual contact, aggravated assault, DUI, hindering apprehension, endangering, abuse and neglect of a child, battery, theft, burglary, possession of a weapon, forgery, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, and illegal entry.

Justice Department lay law down on sanctuary cities

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is following up on those who are breaking the laws of the land. Protecting criminals, gangs and illegal aliens has long been a effort with so-called sanctuary cities and counties as they are the people used on the street during elections. Taxpayers have long paid the price for this obstruction. Many politicians think they have the right not to follow the rules but except us to without question. It is good to see someone finally hold them accountable.

Jurisdictions that were found to have possible violations of 8 U.S.C 1373 will have until Oct. 27, 2017 to provide additional evidence that the interpretation and application of their laws, policies, or practices comply with the statute.

  • Cook County, Illinois;
  • Chicago, Illinois;
  • New Orleans, Louisiana;
  • New York, New York; and
  • Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

“Jurisdictions that adopt so-called ‘sanctuary policies’ also adopt the view that the protection of criminal aliens is more important than the protection of law-abiding citizens and of the rule of law,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “I commend the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office and the State of Connecticut on their commitment to complying with Section 1373, and I urge all jurisdictions found to be out of compliance in this preliminary review to reconsider their policies that undermine the safety of their residents. We urge jurisdictions to not only comply with Section 1373 but to establish sensible and effective partnerships to properly process criminal aliens.”

Price to pay for being terrorized in Cook County

No it’s no April Fool joke – Cook County Board President Preckwinkle today announce the beginning of the $25.00 TAX that will be imposed on all firearms brought in Cook County.

So now if you purchase a new gun or want to get a gun to protect yourself – you must foot in money for the gang member hospital bills because they want to shoot each other and can not afford to pay their hospital bills. Gun violence will now cost you more money even through you are not the one committing it or have anything to do with it.

And how does this exactly stop gun violence????

Also there will be a $2000 fine for not reporting a stolen or lost gun in Cook County, and a violence prevention fund to supposedly get back the communities – would that be City communities? – from those that wage warfare.

The Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence thanks President Preckwinkle and the County board for passing and implementing this important measure,” said Colleen Daly, Executive Director of The Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence. “This tax is an extremely important step toward making the gun industry accountable for the damage caused by their products.”

And who is holding gang members accountable?

Why do taxpayers who are being terrorized by these gang member and their gun violence – now have to pay so they can terrorized them????

Does this seem fair?

Here is what U.S. Senator Dick Durbin did for U.S. Citizens in February 2011 -

A loan repayment program that assists prosecutors and public defenders in paying down their law school debt was recently announced by U.S. Senator Dick Durbin and Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez.  Most Cook County assistant state’s attorneys graduate law school with nearly $70,000 in law school debt.

The John R. Justice (JRJ) Grant Program was created to encourage qualified attorneys to serve as state and local prosecutors and public defenders by providing targeted loan repayment assistance for those who commit to continued employment in those positions for at least three years.

For the illegals U.S. Senator Dick Durbin gave them the Dream Act in 2011 so they can enter our schools for nothing.

Going through the motions

The residence of Rahm was never a issue to him, do you think he would of left Washington if he did not know with 100% certainty that he was going to be the Mayor of Chicago.

The ruling of the judges was a foregone conclusion and was just part of the circus that he has let play out so he can use it to get attention.   While Watkins and Walls are complaining they are not allowed in the debates; Rahm does not show up for debates because he knows they are a waste of his time, since he has bought and paid for the Mayoral seat and has no need to discuss anything.

It's like jobs that are listed with the city, you apply and go through all the motions but know that it is already filled by someone who has connections in one way or another.  But city has to list them and take applications because that is what the rules say.

This is what Rahm is doing, going through all the motions because that is what the rules say to do to make it look legal.

Todays ruling class is not those who deserve the job but those who have millions to get the job.

Residence according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary:
1 : the act or fact of residing in a place as a dweller or in discharge of a duty or an obligation
2 : the place where one actually lives
3 : a building used as a home  : DWELLING
4 : the period of living in a place

Illegal Sanctuary

DATE: 07/24/2008 14:57:37
:

"The City of Chicago has defied federal law and shielded illegal alien perpetrators who have made citizens and legal residents their prey."

And we need to remember always that a death-dealing policy like 'sanctuary' hides behind the false mantle of compassion.

All so-called sanctuary cities should pay close attention to this case and understand the damage and destruction that results from their misguided and naïvely lethal posturing when they defy our nation's immigration laws."

Is 'Sanction City-State Worth It?

Lou Dobbs Tonight -- CNN -- July 15

Fred Burton, Stratfor: Street violence in Los Angeles, Portland, Chicago, New York City or Washington, D.C., is directly attributable to the violence that's taking place in Mexico, meaning the cartels are working with criminal gangs inside the United States, and they're carrying out these violent murders and crimes on the streets of America. [...]
Dobbs: Incredible, and yet this administration continues to resist efforts to maintain the National Guard on the border, to actually secure this border instead of play statistics games with the number of border patrol agents in place, that sort of thing. I mean, this is getting very, very dangerous.
Wian: All of these problems could be easily solved by simply securing the border, Lou, and the administration has not done that.
Dobbs: And that does not even take into account the millions of young lives devastated, and in some cases, destroyed by the illegal drugs methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and heroin, the principal source of which into this country is still Mexico.
Transcript

The violence in our street is just a beginning of what we are to see in the future. Sanction cities and states will be harder hit then other because of the " look the other way" policies. We all laugh now at the thought that Gov. B wants to put National Guard on our streets, but the day may come when it is necessary.
