Massive heroin and gang crackdown in North County, California

After a year long investigation named “Operation No Worries” by the North County Regional Gang Task Force in California, consisting of extensive surveillance, months of federal wiretaps, and dozens of undercover drug and gun buys; the Gang Task Force along with other federal, state and local law enforcement agencies set out early yesterday morning to make numerous arrest and perform investigation searches in over 20 locations in Oceanside, Vista, and other areas in North County as well as in Kingman, Arizona. Their morning efforts led to the arrest of 14 more defendants, bringing the total to 46 arrested and in federal or state custody. The Gang Task Force and other law #enforcement continue the search for seven defendants plus two in Mexico.

According to the ten federal indictments that was unsealed yesterday, many of the 55 defendants are documented members or associates of area street gangs, including the Vista Home Boys, Varrio Fallbrook Locos, Varrio Carlsbad Locos, Encinitas Tortilla Flats, Varrio San Marcos and Escondido Viejo Diablos; charges against them range from heroin drug distribution, firearms trafficking, money laundering, vehicles, deaths, robberies and burglaries, assaults and methamphetamine distribution.

Many of those in custody were scheduled for 2 pm arraignment yesterday and today before U. S. Magistrate Judge Karen S Crawford. Throughout the investigation and searches authorities seized numerous counts of heroin, methamphetamine and 25 firearms, including handguns, revolvers and assault rifles. They also discovered that drugs and guns were being sold and stored throughout North County neighborhoods, including across the street from Vista high school.

According to the charging documents, one of the defendants named Yadira Esmeralda Villalvazo, 38, aka “Pini”, from Tijuana, Mexico led a trafficking organization that used street gang members to distribute heroin. Villalvazo, herself attended Vista high school and was associated with the Vista Home Boys street gang before she was deported in 2002 after a federal drug trafficking conviction.

She now owns her own Sinaloa Cartel-linked organization in Tijuana, and supplies and sells heroin to at least 25 percent of North County's consumers which grosses her tens of thousands of dollars that are all sent back to Mexico. Also, according to court records, her network supplied great quantities of drugs to a well known heroin ring in Kingman, Arizona.

Illegal immigrants do not have to knock

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, last week sent off a letter to Obama to stop the transport of the illegal children immigrants, like cattle, to southern Arizona.  Her reply from the government was, no way.  If there was any need to prove that our borders are unsecured this is it.  If there is any need to prove our own government is against the American people this is it. So, now that our own government is into human trafficking at the expense of the taxpayers, who's to stop other countries from dumping all of their street kids into our country.

Photos have turned up showing that many are being stored in cages, which has really ticked off the government, so much that now they have sent out a memo that any border agent that uses their own electronic devices to show what's going on – will be fired.  It's only a matter of time before these illegal people will be seen in your neighborhood.  And if you think crime is bad now – just wait.

It has been reported that the illegal immigrants are being shipped to your neighborhoods via U.S. service planes for their fast distribution amongst the populace.  What do you think that thousands of #illegal immigrants off the streets of Central and South America, where they did what they had to do to survive in their streets, are going to bring to the streets in your neighborhood?

As long as people continue to watch what the right hand is doing and ignoring what the left hand is doing, the United States will continue to fall.  For instance, did you know that the ACLU threatened to sue the California sheriffs if the detain criminal illegals immigrants in order for ICE to pick them up – sheriffs are now letting them back on the streets because they do not want to deal with the lawsuits.  How long will it be till you do not feel safe to walk your streets – day or night - ?

Illegal immigrants have been granted seven amnesties

As our legislators work on their immigration reform bill that will remove U. S. sovereignty from the hands of its true citizens remember that it will create citizenship for more people like this- www.examiner.com/article/houston-man-receives-prison-time-for-witness-intimidation-and-drug-trafficking

And that number of 11 million illegal immigrants that they keep saying are present in the U. S. today, that’s the same number that they said was here illegally in July 2006.

The amnesty that was created in 1986 also had a plan designed to stop employment of your legal immigrants by requiring employers to check the identity and work eligibility documents of all employees to ensure lawful immigration status – how has that been working out.

In 1986, then Senator Alan Simpson stated  “I firmly believe that the one-time only legalization program is not only a good policy, it is good sense, and it is fully in the best interest of this country.”

Since then illegal immigrants have been granted six more amnesties:

The Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA) Amnesty of 1986 – the “one-time only” blanket amnesty for (supposedly) some 2.8 million illegal aliens.
  • 1. Section 245(i) The Amnesty of 1994 – a temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens. 2. Section 245(i) The Extension Amnesty of 1997 – an extension of the rolling amnesty created in 1994.
  • 3. The Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty of 1997 – an amnesty for nearly one million illegal aliens from Central America.
  • 4. The Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA) of 1998 – an amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti.
  • 5. The Late Amnesty of 2000 – an amnesty for approximately 400,000 illegal aliens who claimed they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty.
  • 6. The LIFE Act Amnesty of 2000 – a reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty to an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens.

Can you call the reform there working on today anything but another amnesty plan?

Words of yesterday are still being used today – why is that?
Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act in 1986. The act made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal immigrants, required employers to attest to their employees' immigration status, and granted amnesty to approximately three million illegal immigrants who entered the United States prior to January 1, 1982, and had lived in the country continuously.  Critics argue that the employer sanctions were without teeth and failed to stem illegal immigration.[218] Upon signing the act at a ceremony held beside the newly refurbished Statue of Liberty, Reagan said, "The legalization provisions in this act will go far to improve the lives of a class of individuals who now must hide in the shadows, without access to many of the benefits of a free and open society.  Very soon many of these men and women will be able to step into the sunlight and, ultimately, if they choose, they may become Americans."[219] Reagan also said,  "The employer sanctions program is the keystone and major element.  It will remove the incentive for illegal immigration by eliminating the job opportunities which draw illegal aliens here."

Talk about a city that is out of control!

Chicago Skyline 2008

In Chicago the weekend headlines read, “8 dead, at least 30 hurt in weekend violence” and yesterday the headline read, “11 shot overnight in Chicago gun violence.”  On Nov. 22 the headline was “5 dead, 20 wounded in holiday weekend violence.”  That’s 74 people shot in 12 days, that has to be some kind of record.

But all you get out of the high ups is that crime is down??  Chicago Police Department CompStat states that 470 murders have take place this year, higher then the 2010 stat of 405.  At this rate we are well on our way to hit over 500 by the end of the year.

The Mayor of this criminal town gives a million dollars to the great interceptors Cease Fire and you never hear a word of all the great work? they are doing preventing shootings, they move around police officers like they are chess pieces to no avail and come out to say crime is down to appease the masses.

In most citizens eyes crime is not down, mostly because it is happening on their block or area.  Citizens have found that calling for help can mean long waiting times (if at all) when police do arrive; most times police will just drive though and if they see nothing or hear nothing they will just keep going.  Is this because, in reality, there is a shortage of police, there are too many calls that need to be handled at one time or the rules and procedures that are dictated to them by the all-knowing crime-fighting Chicago politicians.

It is getting to look like Chicago is the town without pity.
