ICE arrests 19 in Massachusetts

ICE lodges detainers on individuals who have been arrested on criminal charges and who ICE has probable cause to believe are removable aliens. The detainer asks the other law enforcement agency to notify ICE in advance of release and to maintain custody of the alien for a brief period of time so that ICE can take custody of that person in a safe and secure setting upon release from that agency’s custody.

Officers arrested 19 individuals in several counties throughout Massachusetts during a four-day enforcement action, targeting criminal aliens who have been convicted or charged with fentanyl, heroin, and other drug-related trafficking crimes. Many of these criminal aliens were released from local law enforcement custody into Massachusetts communities with no notification to ICE.

Those arrested during the enforcement action hail from seven different countries – Bahamas (1), Brazil (4), Cape Verde (4), Dominican Republic (6), France (1), Guatemala (1), Haiti (2).

Investigation of Patrol agents being punished

Senator Grassley (R-Iowa), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee along with Subcommittee Chairman Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) and Senators David Vitter (R-La.), David Perdue (R-Ga.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), all members of the ‎Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest expressed deep concern on the fate of employees in the Department of Homeland Security that fulfilled their duties that they were sworn to uphold in regards to the immigration laws. So concerned are they that they have launched an investigation on potential workplace retaliation on employees; citing Obama's recent comment that employees will face consequences for refusing to comply with his executive actions related to the illegal aliens.

The members have sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson requesting that he provide detailed personnel disciplinary records for the past six years. They requested that Mr. Johnson provide vital data on the multiple allegations, that they have been made aware of through their investigation, concerning DHS personnel being punished just for trying to uphold U. S. laws. They request that the information they seek is delivered to their offices by the closing of business on April 13, 2015.

"On February 25, 2015, during a MSNBC/Telemundo town hall discussion at Florida International University in Miami, President Obama said: “There may be individual [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)] officials or Border Patrol who aren’t paying attention to our new directives. But they’re going to be answerable to the head of the Department of Homeland Security, because he’s been very clear about what our priorities should be… If somebody is working for ICE and there is a policy and they don’t follow the policy, there are going to be consequences to it.””

Illegal immigrants do not have to knock

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, last week sent off a letter to Obama to stop the transport of the illegal children immigrants, like cattle, to southern Arizona.  Her reply from the government was, no way.  If there was any need to prove that our borders are unsecured this is it.  If there is any need to prove our own government is against the American people this is it. So, now that our own government is into human trafficking at the expense of the taxpayers, who's to stop other countries from dumping all of their street kids into our country.

Photos have turned up showing that many are being stored in cages, which has really ticked off the government, so much that now they have sent out a memo that any border agent that uses their own electronic devices to show what's going on – will be fired.  It's only a matter of time before these illegal people will be seen in your neighborhood.  And if you think crime is bad now – just wait.

It has been reported that the illegal immigrants are being shipped to your neighborhoods via U.S. service planes for their fast distribution amongst the populace.  What do you think that thousands of #illegal immigrants off the streets of Central and South America, where they did what they had to do to survive in their streets, are going to bring to the streets in your neighborhood?

As long as people continue to watch what the right hand is doing and ignoring what the left hand is doing, the United States will continue to fall.  For instance, did you know that the ACLU threatened to sue the California sheriffs if the detain criminal illegals immigrants in order for ICE to pick them up – sheriffs are now letting them back on the streets because they do not want to deal with the lawsuits.  How long will it be till you do not feel safe to walk your streets – day or night - ?

Our Homeland is in DANGER!

DATE: 03/03/2008 14:11:05

American Patrol -- March 3
The National Executive Committee of the 2.7 million member American Legion has issue a document calling for the strong enforcement of America's borders and laws against illegal immigration.
"American Legion members have served in the U.S. Armed Forces throughout the world so that Americans can feel safe at home. ....And, today, they see the threat that open borders present to their homeland."
The plan calls for five steps, including securing the border, eliminating job magnets and services to illegals, no amnesty, reducing the number of illegals in the U.S., and screening and tracking foreign visitors.
The plan also calls on all candidates for public office to express their solutions to "this grave danger to our country's stability."
Copies of the plan as well as mp3 files of Public Service Announcements currently being run nationwide can be found at legion.org/whatsnew/bulletins.
