Obama’s legacy gunrunning, violence and death

Judicial Watch moves forward with the uncovering of facts about Operation Fast and Furious as they revealed the latest information they received from their Freedom of Information request of April 19, 2016. The threepage report shows that from Dec. 2012 to March 2016, 94 Fast and Furious weapons were picked up at various crime scenes in Mexico City and 12 other Mexican states, with the majority being seized in Sonora (32), Chihuahua (19) and Sinaloa (17). The reports also revealed the weapons recovered, 82 rifles and 12 pistols, were identified with the Fast and Furious program and ties to at least 69 killings. Twenty of the 94 recovered are put into the catalog of “violent recoveries” that involved with several mass killings.

Judicial Watch back in Dec. 2014, as the results of their Oct. 2, 2014 public records lawsuit against the City of Phoenix, AZ., obtained graphic crime scene photos taken at the site of a 2013 gang-style assault on a Phoenix, AZ, apartment building.

#BringBackOurBoy

Sgt. Tahmooressi has been held in a Mexico jail since April 1st – he made a wrong turned, he was living in his truck, he had all his possessions in his car including his guns. He needs our help to get out – go to #walshfreedom.com/andrew to sign the petition to get Obama to do something.

Like the men in Benghazi – Obama leaves another one of our citizens in harms way and does nothing. All the talk out here about immigration amnesty for people have entered our Country illegally – where is Gutierrez, Durbin, DHS Secretary Johnson ???? they are all worried about illegals here, they are in office to serve U.S. CITIZENS not the people who came here illegally.

What a disgrace – ONE OF OUR OWN – ONE WHO FOUGHT FOR US sits in a Mexican jail, alone and afraid and our government does NOTHING.

Obama was down that way yesterday for his fund raising – he could of took the time and continued on to Mexico to save our soldiers life – but he does not care about U.S. citizens.

Sgt. Tahmooressi, living in a truck having just arrived San Diego to seek VA assistance with PTSD supported by a Purple Heart veteran Marine; a 2 tour OEF meritoriously promoted Sergeant gets lost at the border and with one wrong turns ends up in the Mexico customs lane with no way to turn back. His truck piled high with possessions as he searched housing including his U.S. legally purchased firearms/ ammunition. Not intending to drive into Mexico he explains he is lost. Arrested since 4/1/2014, since incarceration his life has been threatened; sustained a neck wound requiring hospitalization and chained in a 4-point restraint, 26+days. The affect of this unjust incarceration on a decorated combat Marine is despairing. Tahmooressi supported by U.S. Consular Services yet low hope.

Illegal immigrants have been granted seven amnesties

As our legislators work on their immigration reform bill that will remove U. S. sovereignty from the hands of its true citizens remember that it will create citizenship for more people like this- www.examiner.com/article/houston-man-receives-prison-time-for-witness-intimidation-and-drug-trafficking

And that number of 11 million illegal immigrants that they keep saying are present in the U. S. today, that’s the same number that they said was here illegally in July 2006.

The amnesty that was created in 1986 also had a plan designed to stop employment of your legal immigrants by requiring employers to check the identity and work eligibility documents of all employees to ensure lawful immigration status – how has that been working out.

In 1986, then Senator Alan Simpson stated  “I firmly believe that the one-time only legalization program is not only a good policy, it is good sense, and it is fully in the best interest of this country.”

Since then illegal immigrants have been granted six more amnesties:

The Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA) Amnesty of 1986 – the “one-time only” blanket amnesty for (supposedly) some 2.8 million illegal aliens.
  • 1. Section 245(i) The Amnesty of 1994 – a temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens. 2. Section 245(i) The Extension Amnesty of 1997 – an extension of the rolling amnesty created in 1994.
  • 3. The Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty of 1997 – an amnesty for nearly one million illegal aliens from Central America.
  • 4. The Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA) of 1998 – an amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti.
  • 5. The Late Amnesty of 2000 – an amnesty for approximately 400,000 illegal aliens who claimed they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty.
  • 6. The LIFE Act Amnesty of 2000 – a reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty to an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens.

Can you call the reform there working on today anything but another amnesty plan?

Words of yesterday are still being used today – why is that?
Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act in 1986. The act made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal immigrants, required employers to attest to their employees' immigration status, and granted amnesty to approximately three million illegal immigrants who entered the United States prior to January 1, 1982, and had lived in the country continuously.  Critics argue that the employer sanctions were without teeth and failed to stem illegal immigration.[218] Upon signing the act at a ceremony held beside the newly refurbished Statue of Liberty, Reagan said, "The legalization provisions in this act will go far to improve the lives of a class of individuals who now must hide in the shadows, without access to many of the benefits of a free and open society.  Very soon many of these men and women will be able to step into the sunlight and, ultimately, if they choose, they may become Americans."[219] Reagan also said,  "The employer sanctions program is the keystone and major element.  It will remove the incentive for illegal immigration by eliminating the job opportunities which draw illegal aliens here."

Today, a previously deported illegal aliens from Mexico was charged with smuggling a group of 14 illegal aliens that resulted in 7 being killed and one injured in critical condition.

Idelfonso Garcia-Benitez, 20, of Michoacan, Mexico, was indicted on April 18 charging him with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens, 14 counts of transporting an alien, and one count of illegally reentering the United States after previously being deported.

According to documents filed on March 20, 2013, at about 11 p.m., a Kingsville Police Department officer observed a pickup truck violating state traffic law by disregarding a stop sign.  As the officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop the vehicle fled leading to a brief pursuit. The driver crashed into a vehicle barrier on General Cavazos Avenue in Kleberg County that was deployed by the Kingsville Naval Air Station.  Fifteen illegal aliens were discovered at the scene.  Garcia-Benitez was identified as the driver.  Seven of his passengers were killed and one remains in critical condition.  Garcia-Benitez was arrested at the scene of the accident.

Garcia-Benitez is expected to appear for an arraignment hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Owsley early next week.  If convicted, Garcia-Benitez faces up to 20 years in prison and a possible $250,000 fine.
