Border Patrol arrest return illegals convicted of child abuse in U. S.

Pelosi referred to the Border Wall as “immoral, ineffective and expensive.” So one can assume that she does not think child sexual abuse is not immoral since she sees no problem with people guilty of the exploitation of children crossing our border illegally.

In an area 42 miles west of the Calexico Port of Entry, last Wednesday, Border Patrol have reported they arrested Hugo Evangelista-Ibanes, a 36 year old Mexican national and a admitted SureƱo gang member trying to enter the U. S. illegally. As they verified his identity, they discovered he was removed two previous times and had a far-reaching criminal history. He served 60-months in an Oregon prison for unlawful weapon use in 2011. Ibanes is in custody waiting prosecution of Federal felony charges.

On Friday, Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol arrested a Honduran male near Falfurrias, Texas trying to enter illegally. His records showed that in Pasadena, California, in 2007 he was arrested and charged for Sex with Minor 3+ years younger. In 2009 he was arrested again and charged and convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Acts w/Child under 14, he served three years in prison.

This Saturday, Rio GrandeValley Border Patrol report arresting sixteen people coming in illegally through a private ranch. Upon checking records of the sixteen people, they found a Salvadoran man with an arrest record of 3rd Degree Assault who admitted he was a MS-13 gang member. A second man identified as a Guatemalan national served six years in a California prison for Lewd and Lascivious Acts w/Minor under 14 years of age.

It was also reported that on Saturday McAllen agents working in Mission, Texas arrested another Salvadoran man who was previously arrested and convicted in Nevada for Statutory Sexual Seduction.

Seems not everyone trying to enter U. S. is looking for job.
