Another step to opening our borders

It would seem that Homeland Security Napolitano and Obama have no intention of protect our borders to the full extent of our laws. Aiding and abetting is now part of our immigration policy and our Congress and Senate has cast a blind eye on this policy. Border Patrol is told to run and hide from armed illegals crossing our borders????????
