Headline from Tribune in overnight shooting 1 dead, 21 wounded.

So, that means from Friday to Sunday morning so far 5 dead, 56? wounded - weekend not even over yet.

Well the Mayor wants a more festive city - wants to open allies, streets, parkways, etc. etc. etc. - is this festive enough?
